Welcome to the CCC Directory page!
In order to access the directory file, you'll need to have a Username and Password. This login information has been emailed to everyone whose email address is in the spreadsheet. If you've lost the login information, if you didn't receive it, or if you need to make changes to the directory, please send an email to jtackett@cccfamily.org.
Here are some tips to help you read the directory spreadsheet:
- Column A shows a Family Name for people who are all part of the same family or who live in the same house. This allows you to sort by families even when children and adults in the family have different last names. Column I shows the actual Last Name of each person in the spreadsheet.
- Family Names in blue have links to an a family photo stored online at the CCC website. Click the link and these photos will open in automatically in your Web browser. (We are in the process of adding more photos.)
- Line 1 shows you that the left side of the spreadsheet contains information that would be shared by everyone in the same household, like home phone number and home address. The right side of the spreadsheet contains information that is often different for each person, like first name, cell phone number, email address, etc.
- In Line 2 you can click on the down arrow in each column to choose how you want to sort the information. The spreadsheet is sorted by Family Name when you open it, but depending on your needs, it might be useful to sort by Age Group (so you won't leave anyone out of an age-related activity) or by Zip Code (so you could plan something for people who live in the same area).
- Family Contact Group will be used if we someday start up a Call Tree.
